At Cherries, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. If your selection isn't quite right, we are happy to provide a full refund to your original payment method or a store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Drop Off

  Affix the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
